Partygoers oncourse rubbed shoulders with racing's royalty as they witnessed Sister Havana passing the post first in New Zealand's richest race for 2-year-olds - the $1,000,000 Karaka Million! 

AND when the racing stoped the party kept going with live music from top Auckland covers band - the CVE, at the infamous Birdcage Bash*!

This action-packed and glamourous raceday was Auckland's Ultimate Million Dollar Party and the perfect way to celebrate Auckland Anniversary Weekend.
